Trade Terms of Business

These terms apply to all wholesale transactions with tdzyn.co, a UK-based apparel company offering designed and printed T-shirts through various sub-brands. By placing a wholesale order or submitting a trade application, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Eligibility
  • Wholesale accounts are available only to verified businesses.
  • We may request proof of trading (e.g. company registration, VAT number, social media presence, or physical store evidence).
  1. Pricing & Minimum Orders
  • Wholesale pricing is provided upon account approval.
  • Minimum order value: £100 (ex. VAT) per order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All prices are subject to change. We’ll notify you of major changes in advance.
  1. Payment Terms
  • Payment is required in full prior to dispatch, unless a credit agreement is in place.
  • Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe.
  • Credit terms, if offered, are strictly 14 days from invoice date.
  • Late payments may incur interest or suspension of your wholesale account.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • We aim to dispatch wholesale orders within 5–10 working days from payment.
  • All orders are shipped via tracked courier or Royal Mail.
  • Delivery costs will be quoted at time of order based on size and location.
  1. Returns & Faults
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective goods.
  • All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
  • Customised or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
  1. Resale & Branding
  • You are permitted to resell tdzyn.co products in physical stores or online.
  • Products must not be altered, misrepresented, or resold under a different brand name unless agreed.
  • White label supply is available under separate agreement.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All designs, logos, and artwork remain the property of tdzyn.co.
  • You may not replicate, reproduce, or adapt our designs without written permission.
  1. Account Suspension or Termination
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale access at any time for non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse of brand assets.
