We like to keep things simple — so here’s the lowdown on how we handle orders, shipping, and any hiccups along the way.

🧵 Made to Order

All of our items are made to order, just for you. This means:

• We don’t carry mass stock
• We don’t accept returns unless something’s gone wrong

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for faulty items. Here’s what you need to know:

• You’ve got 14 days from delivery to report a fault.
• Items must be in resalable condition – unworn, unwashed, and just as they arrived.
• Personalised items are exempt unless faulty.
• Replacements only — we don’t offer refunds or store credit.
• Customers cover return postage.

🚚 Shipping Info

• We currently ship to the UK only
• Free UK shipping on orders over £50
• Standard shipping: £2.95
• Tracked shipping: £4.95
• Carried by Royal Mail or Evri

🕒 Timings

• We aim to produce your order within 2–3 working days
• Once dispatched, delivery takes 1–2 working days
• Tracked shipping includes tracking info (naturally)

You can opt to collect your order from the Honiton area — we’ll get in touch to arrange it.
