🔁 Returns & Exchanges We only offer exchanges for faulty items. Here's what you need to know:

• You’ve got 14 days from delivery to report a fault.
• Items must be in resalable condition – unworn, unwashed, and just as they arrived.
• Personalised items are exempt unless faulty.
• Replacements only — we don’t offer refunds or store credit.
• Customers cover return postage.
